Well, Prinny Mill has had an excellent 2017.The last twelve months have not only changed Prinny Mill (for the better) but, it’s also been one of the busiest years we have had!
We started off the year by welcoming our Business Admin Apprentice, Anna Henderson, who is still working to complete her Level 2 in January 2018 here at Prinny Mill.
We also welcomed more than three new Tenants in May who chose Prinny Mill as HQ for their businesses and over 5 new business post box users. In celebration of this we continued to make positive changes to the Mill and the surroundings that will benefit not only our visitors, but also our current tenants and tenants for years to come. These changes included a full refurbishment of our Car Park, complete with new tarmac and car parking bays – unique to our tenants and their visitors as well as other parking bays for visitors using our meeting facilities.
With the 21st June being the longest day, we took full advantage to clear our to do list which included upgrading our Reception area! At the beginning of June is when we first started the ‘Prinny Mill Face Lift’ not only did it benefit the building but, it also benefited us as a Team.
Prinny Mill’s summer consisted of work…. work…. work until our modern and airy reception area for our Management Team was created together with a new meeting room, which is now the ‘Halo Suite’.
The Halo suite is available to rent at £12.50 per

What an overachieving month October 2017 was for us! On completion of our Prinny Mill ‘Face Lift’ we hosted a Launch Day themed ‘Coffee, Cake and Cocktails’ on the 12.10.2017 where local businesses came down for a tour of our new and improved facilities whilst interacting with each other over coffee, cake and cocktails. Whilst hosting the Launch day, we took the opportunity to raise money for The Beating Bowel Cancer Charity (a charity close to our hearts). In doing so we raised over £2000!
Prinny Mill entered November 2017 following Guy Fawkes footsteps…. with a bang!
